We’re Andi and Paulina — sisters, best friends, and proudly attached at the hip (seriously, it’s a thing).

We grew up with dogs and have loved them our whole lives. Fast forward a few years: Paulina pursued fashion design, Andi became an architect, and we both dove head-first into our shared passions — art, design, and, of course, dogs.

When we moved to Manhattan, we brought our family dog, Matilda, with us — because life without her? Not an option. She quickly became our muse. We started painting dogs in a traditional style, but something was missing. The best parts of Matilda — her goofy kisses, her treat-begging face, the way she’d get right up in our faces for love — weren’t showing up on the canvas.

So, we flipped the perspective. Literally.

We started painting dogs from the "nose-up" — capturing those up-close, ridiculously lovable, hilariously needy, and deeply familiar moments that only true dog people know.

The Dog Obsession was born for everyone who’s as obsessed with their dog as we are with Matilda — a celebration of the messy, funny, sweet moments that make life with dogs so special.
